I’ve seen many people struggling to claim their DOGEN tokens, with complaints flooding X, Reddit, and other crypto communities. To make things easier, I’ve put together this beginner-friendly, step-by-step guide to help you successfully claim your tokens—whether you’re new to crypto or just need clear instructions.

Step 1: Visit the Official DOGEN Website

Go to the DOGEN official site: https://dogen.meme/en

Step 2: Connect Your MetaMask Wallet

1. Click the “Connect” button (usually found in the top-right corner).
   
   

2. Select the wallet you used to purchase DOGEN tokens during the presale.

1. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to “Choose wallet to connect.” Click EVM.
   • Example: If you used MetaMask, select EVM.
   • Choose MetaMask from the popup.
   • Click “Connect”

1. Once connected, you will see your wallet address with the Ethereum symbol in the top-right corner. Something like 0099***abcd.

Step 3: Merge Your Wallet with a Solana Wallet

Since DOGEN tokens are claimed via Solana, you need to merge your MetaMask wallet with a Solana-compatible wallet.

1. Download a Solana wallet like Phantom: https://phantom.app/
   • You can install Phantom as a Chrome extension.
   • Important: You must have Solana (SOL) in your Phantom wallet to cover transaction fees for claiming DOGEN tokens. You can buy Solana using MoonPay or similar with Debit/Credit.
2. Enable both wallets in your Chrome browser:
   • Click the three dots in Chrome (top-right corner).
   • Go to Extensions > Manage Extensions and enable both MetaMask and Phantom.

Step 4: Connect Your Solana Wallet on DOGEN

1. Return to the DOGEN website.
2. Navigate to “My Profile” by either:
   • Clicking the Ethereum wallet (connected button) > My Profile OR
   • Directly visiting https://dogen.meme/en/profile.
3. Click “Connect Solana Wallet.”
4. When prompted, select Phantom Wallet instead of MetaMask.
5. Confirm the connection when prompted.
6. A confirmation message will appear, and your wallet address (top-right corner) should now reflect your Phantom wallet address. This can take few minutes.

Step 5: Claim Your DOGEN Tokens

1. On the “My Profile” page, locate the Claim button.
2. Click Claim to receive your DOGEN tokens.
   • Note: You must have Solana (SOL) in your Phantom Wallet to see claimable tokens.
   • The amount of DOGEN you can claim depends on the presale stage you participated in.

Step 6: Verify Your DOGEN Tokens in Phantom Wallet

1. Open the Phantom Wallet extension.
2. Ensure you’re on the correct account (wallets may have multiple accounts, such as Account 1, Account 2, etc.).
3. Your claimed DOGEN tokens should now be visible.

Process Differences for Other Wallets

• MetaMask (EVM) → Can be connected via browser extension and requires Phantom Wallet for claiming.
• Trust Wallet (EVM) → Needs WalletConnect for connection and Phantom Wallet for claiming.
• Coinbase Wallet (EVM) → Uses WalletConnect to link, but still requires Phantom Wallet for the claim process.
• Any Other EVM Wallet → As long as it’s EVM-compatible, it follows a similar process but must merge with a Solana-based Phantom Wallet for final claiming.
